autumn blessings

was off work this weekend and thought i'd play with my new papertreyink goodies that came in the mail last thursday...
i was looking at the papertrey ink august blog hop and i saw carol's card at www.carolsinkspot.blogspot.com and was inspired to do a card...here goes, thanks, carol for your very beautiful card.  great use of the pumpkin dies...
i also took out my copics to color this very pretty sunflower bouquet stamp from papertreyink...

was so therapeutic for me to be in my scrapbook room and create some cards this weekend, hope you all like it...

finally, i was able to post pictures.  i was having a hard time getting my pictures uploaded last week.  thanks for checking my blog!

HERE'S MY ENTRY FOR MAKE IT MONDAY #81.  THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I USED CLAY AND I LOVE IT!!! ITS SO EASY.  I STILL NEED TO GET MORE PRACTICE AND OF COURSE MORE CLAY!!!

OF COURSE, I USED PAPERTREY INK DIES AND STAMPS.  I LOVE THIS STAMP:  SWEET LIFE!  ANYTHING ROSES MAKES ME HAPPY :)

craft cards

   its been a long time since i stepped in my craft room. i was in the dominican republic for a medical mission for mariposa international last month and since then been too busy catching up at home. work has been hectic, too. worked straight this week. was too tired to sleep last night and when i finally slept, i woke up early and so i decided to go to my craft room and maybe unwind. i saw my new stamps from papertreyink and decided to make some cards. i challenged myself with craft paper. i am not usually a "brown" color fan but decided to give it a try...i love the new roses stamps from papertreyink, sweet life. roses are my favorite. too bad the ones i planted 2 months ago are almost burnt from the intense desert heat here in az...anyways, i came up with 3 simple cards this morning. hope you like it...
